The largest launch numbers: +40% Attack Skills (Ichigo, Toshiro) and the biggest team crit buff (Rukia, +25% Crit Rate & +6% Crit Damage at Final). Ichigo and Rukia are also reported free from pre-registration.

Solid kits whose value depends on Clash wins, evasions or defensive play. Their strength is harder to judge before live data on Clash and evasion rates.
His Innate needs Uryu himself to be Poisoned, and his published kit has no way to do that. His self-damaging Mortal Blow adds risk.
Method
- Raw buff size: we compared Skill and Innate (Final) percentages directly. For example, a +40% Attack Skill outranks +15% Attack & Defense.
- Team reach: “team” effects (crit, damage, Defense) count for more than self-only effects.
- Reliability: effects that trigger unconditionally or that the character can enable alone rank above effects that need an outside condition.
- Access: characters that are reportedly free at launch (Ichigo, Rukia) get a tie-break advantage for new accounts.
We don't rank 3★ vs 4★ versions separately yet. The launch materials don't publish stat differences between rarities.

Team cores the kits support
Ailment → Crit (Rukia core)
Byakuya (Bleed), Mayuri (Poison) or Bambietta (Burn) apply ailments. Rukia's Innate then gives the team up to +25% Crit Rate, and Toshiro turns crits into +24% Attack and Frostbite.
Standby Crit (Rangiku core)
Rangiku gains value by switching out (team Crit Rate +18% and Crit Damage +9% at Final). Pair her with a crit-scaling attacker such as Toshiro or Ichigo.
Clash / counter (Renji core)
Renji's Skill adds +30% Clash Victory Rate, and his counters cut enemy Defense by 20%. Grimmjow and Bambietta both gain Attack +20% on Clash victory through their Spirit Abilities.
Physical shred (Mayuri core)
Mayuri lowers Physical Defense by up to 25% against a Poisoned enemy. Yoruichi and Sado are fully Physical, and Yoruichi can also seal enemy Switches.
The only Shield-type at launch. A team-damage supporter who also enables free swaps. He fits any of these cores.

- Real values for “Count” duration, Clash Victory Rate and Vanishing Evasion windows.
- Rarity (3★ / 4★) stat gaps and how characters progress from Initial to Final.
- New characters. Sosuke Aizen is announced for v1.0.1.
